Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuickQuote ("Service", "we", "us"). By using QuickQuote, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

QuickQuote is a voice-to-quote tool that converts voice notes into professional PDF quotes. You send voice notes via WhatsApp, and we use AI to transcribe and structure them into quotes.

2. Account & Eligibility

To use QuickQuote, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid WhatsApp account
• Provide accurate business information during setup
• Be authorised to conduct business in your jurisdiction

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Submit fraudulent or misleading quotes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Abuse, harass, or spam through the Service
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service

4. Fair Usage

QuickQuote is designed for normal business use. The following limits apply:

• 50 quotes per day
• 200 quotes per month

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that:

• Exceed fair usage limits repeatedly
• Attempt to spam or abuse the WhatsApp integration
• Use the bot for purposes other than generating quotes
• Circumvent usage limits or automate access

We'll try to warn you first, but repeated abuse may result in immediate termination without refund. Contact us if you need higher volume plans.

Supported Media

• Voice notes only (5 minutes maximum)
• Photos and videos are not supported

5. Pricing & Payment

• QuickQuote costs £20 per month, billed monthly
• New users receive 3 free quotes before payment is required
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
• No refunds for partial months

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit (voice notes, quote details, customer information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the Service.

We do not sell your content or use it for purposes other than delivering your quotes.

7. AI Processing

QuickQuote uses artificial intelligence to transcribe voice notes and structure quotes. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI transcription may contain errors
• You are responsible for reviewing quotes before sending to customers
• We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content

8. Availability & Support

We aim to keep QuickQuote available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• QuickQuote is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for lost profits, data, or business opportunities
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
