• Process voice notes into quotes

3. Voice Note Processing

When you send a voice note:

• It is securely transmitted via WhatsApp
• Our AI transcribes the audio to text
• The transcription is processed to extract quote details
• Voice files are deleted after processing (typically within 24 hours)
• Transcriptions may be retained for service improvement

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• AI providers — for transcription and quote generation
• Stripe — for payment processing
• Cloud hosting — for data storage and processing

We do not sell your data. We do not share customer information from your quotes with third parties.

5. Data Retention

• Voice notes: Deleted within 24 hours of processing
• Quotes: Retained for 2 years or until you delete them
• Account data: Retained while your account is active
• Payment records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years)

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
